Shape into round, oval, square, choppette or naturally shaped portions.
The mix is placed in the hopper and the rotating propellers smoothly feed the product into the drum cavity, acquiring the shape and weight that you require.
The thickness of the patties, and thus the weight, can be continuously adjusted between 5 and 25 mm.
As the drum rotates, the piston is pushed out of the drum and a stainless steel wire removes the piston portion and the product is deposited on the conveyor belt.
The machine has a continuously adjustable speed. It can be operated via the foot pedal.
